General Information
Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:30pm,
Saturday 8:00am-12:30pm,
Sunday is pick up only 4:00pm-5:30pm.
If you pick up before 12 Monday through Saturday you are not charged for that day. You always pay for Sunday regardless of what time you pick up.
Deposits
• We require a deposit of $50.00
o For all new clients
o For all holidays (such as Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years)
• The deposit is taken at the time of the reservation.
• The deposit goes toward your stay.
• If you were to cancel, we require a 48 hour notice in order to get the deposit back.
DOGS
Vaccines that we require:
• Rabies
• DHPP
• Bordetella (kennel cough)
All vaccines must be current in order to board. If your dog is overdue or has not received one of these vaccines, it must be in its system five days before it can board. We require intranasal Bordetella be given every six months, all other vaccines are good for one year from the vaccination date. Rabies is the only vaccine that we accept as a three year vaccine.
• Puppies must be 16 weeks (4 months) old in order to board.
• If your dog was to get sick during its stay, we have a veterinarian on duty during their business hours.
• If your female dog is in heat they are not allowed to board.
Dog Boarding Prices:
• One dog in one run is $19.50 per day
• Two dogs in one run is $34.00 per day
• One dog in the puppy cage (small dogs) is $16.50 per day
• Two dogs in the puppy cage is $29.00 per day
• For one dog in our dog suite it is $30.00 per day
• Two dogs in the suite is $41.00 per day
• There is no extra charge if your dog is on medication.
What you may bring for boarding:
• One toy per dog.
• Beds are not allowed (we provide Kuranda dog beds), but a small blanket, towel, or t-shirt is accepted.
• We serve Purina EN (this is a food that is easy on dogs stomachs, so if they are stressed or changing foods they would not get an upset stomach) but you may bring your own food if you would like to. If you are bringing your own food, we ask that you put it in gallon zip lock baggies and only bring what is necessary for the stay because we are short on container space.
• You may also bring treats.(we ask that these are brought in a zip lock baggie also)
TLC
• We also offer a TLC package.
• It is an extra $6.00 a day per dog.
• TLC includes a free regular greenie after the first TLC and fifteen minutes of playtime outside each session.
• We do not do TLC on weekends.
Doggie Daycare
• Doggie Daycare is Monday through Friday.
• It includes a mid day break
• You may drop off anytime after 8:00am and pick up no later than 5:30pm.
• For one dog it is $10.50 per day
• For two dogs it is $19.50 per day
Daily Routine
• We are here to take care of the animals every day, including Sundays and all holidays.
• We leash walk the dogs in the kennel in our fenced in yard two times a day.
• Doggie doors in the kennel stay open during the day (as long as it is not too hot, too cold, or raining) and are closed at night when we are not here. Each run in the kennel is an inside/outside run.
• If your dog is in the puppy cage or suite, it is given three walks.(this is because they do not have an inside/outside run)
• All dogs are fed two times a day.
• Water is kept down all day.
• Runs are cleaned daily.
• All dogs are given a bedtime cookie each night.
CATS
Vaccines that we require

• FELV (feline leukemia)

Cat boarding prices
• The cat condo is $12.50 per day per cat
• The cat suite for one cat is $16.50 per day
• For two cats in the suite it is $26.50 per day
• For three cats in the suite it is $39.00 per day
• There is no extra charge if your cat is on medication.
What you may bring for boarding

• We do not store cat carriers.
• We do not allow beds, but you may bring a small blanket, towel, or t-shirt.
• We serve Hills Science Diet but you may bring your own food if you would like to. If you are bringing your own food, we ask that you put it in gallon zip lock baggies and only bring what is necessary for the stay because we have limited container space.
• You may also bring treats.(we ask that these are brought in a zip lock baggie also)
TLC
• We also offer a TLC package
• It is an extra $3.00 a day per cat.
• Cat TLC is 30 minutes of playtime or free time outside the cat condo.
• We do not do TLC on weekends.
Kitty Daycare
• Kitty Daycare is Monday through Friday.
• You may drop off anytime after 8:00am and pick up no later than 5:30pm.
• Daycare is $6.50 a day per cat.
Daily Routine
• We are here to take care of the animals every day, including Sundays and all holidays.
• Cats are fed twice a day.
• Each cat condo has a window, cat napper, and a view of the television.
• Cat condos are cleaned each day.
• Each cat gets about ten minutes outside its condo while it is cleaned. |
